Kale Chips

Kale Chips1     Bunch kale- wash, remove stems, and tear into 3 to 4 inch pieces

½     Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1     Tablespoon coconut oil (or olive oil)
Sea Salt

Heat oven to 375.

Mix vinegar and oil (melt if using coconut oil), pour over kale and toss to coat.

Spread onto a baking sheet, lightly salt with sea salt, and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crispy and brown around the edges.
