Katie is a long distance runner that has participated in multiple runs, triathlons and half marathons. Recognizing the importance of nourishing the mind and spirit as well as healthy eating, Katie is an alumnus of the BB&R Wellness program and a past student of Dahn Yoga, an integrated mind-body training program. As a BB&R consultant, Katie hopes to share her knowledge of the importance of balance in our lives and of feeding the whole person in body, mind and spirit.
