1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup cashew pieces
Scatter almonds, pecans, and cashews on a baking sheet or roasting pan. For a sweet treat sprinkle on a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. If you desire a more savory snack substitute cajun seasoning for cinnamon and nutmeg. Place pan in a pre-heated oven for one hour at 150 degrees.
*Be careful not to burn or the fat in the nuts might cause a bit of a stomachache.
