2016 Achieving Optimal Health Conference
BB&R’s yearly Achieving Optimal Health Conference gathers world-class experts on wellness of mind, body and spirit to lead a conversation on how everyone can learn powerful strategies for living a healthier and happier life.
The 2016 Achieving Optimal Health Conference was an amazing event, with over 400 attendees! The speakers this year were amazing as always, and we were so honored to have mindfulness pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn speaking to us about mindfulness and optimal health. We learned how to change our lifestyles to live a healthier, happier life. We learned to be present in our lives and find our true purpose. We also learned how to reduce stress and maximize our brain health, and discovered foods to nourish our bodies, heal our gut and help fight chronic disease. Each of us has the power to control our destiny as it relates to our own personal health, no matter where our health stands today.
BB&R is committed to community outreach and brings its vital educational work into inner-city schools, temporary housing for women, and other communities that might not otherwise have access to those resources for better nutrition. A portion of BB&R’s profits go to educating these communities.
