White Bean Dip
2 tbs fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs olive oil
1 (15-ounce) can white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Over medium heat, heat 1 tbs olive oil in a small pan. Add rosemary and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the mixture from the pan to the bowl to your food processor or blender, combine with white beans and remaining 2 tbs olive oil and process until smooth.
