Quotes:

I help people with what's on their plate and what's in their mind.

Our kids can feel it. The people you're eating with can feel it. It's all energy and understanding that our food stories are connected to one another is important.

The recipes in my book are all based on mood. There are ingredients or nutrients that can help you feel calm, radiant, sensual, uplifting or more focused. And I put the recipes all by mood because this was a different, science-backed and fun approach.
