The Energy Elixir


2 handfuls of freshly rinsed spring greens

1 cup of red grapes

1 colored pear

1 ripe banana

1/8 cup of walnuts

Chilled water (start with less, and add more as needed)


  1. Add each ingredient in the order it’s listed.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
