Limited Ingredient Bagels

It’s hard to not love a good bagel. We are all about making a simpler, more limited ingredient version of our favorites. It doesn’t get much easier than this, so get ready to bake up a bagel storm!

Makes 4 small bagels or 2 large bagels

Ingredients:

-100g oat flour (or any desired flour)

-220g greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt if you prefer)

-1.5 tsp baking powder

-1.5 tsp salt

-The rest is up to you - keep it simple or add in chocolate chips, blueberries, cacao nibs, everything seasoning - We cannot wait to see how you get creative!

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease the baking sheet

-Mix all ingredients and roll portions into bagel shape

-Place bagels on baking sheet and glaze with butter or egg wash (optional)

-Bake for 18-25 minutes
